Thanks for hosting the carnival. I saw my entry and my first thought was yay! My second thought was, "Oh my goodness, could I have included the name of my blog any more than I did?" Sheesh. I'm so sorry.
I use it with my name because Christine is so common. In all fairness I think the form included it with the name of my post. But sheesh. I feel so silly LOL!
