E.L.F. Make-Overs at our Virtual MUAH (Make Up at Home) Party!

Last Thursday was a momentous day on my MomTV Show, Get Real. We had the first ever Virtual MUAH party with Eyes Lips Face Cosmetics, including live guests as well as webcam and chat room guests! It was so fun, and we had some great discussion with tips and tricks. The party was planned through She Speaks

My friends Amber and Melanie came in the studio (aka: my kitchen), Michele joined us on her webcam, and lots of folks chatted throughout the show. I was thrilled to have Jen Hinton, founder of the “Classy Closet” community, in the chat room to help with some make-up tips. And we had lots of fun chatting with everyone in the chat room!

Michele had won an E.L.F make-up kit, but admitted she had no idea what to do with it, so she followed along and did her make-over on camera! What fun to see Michele loving the way she looks! She wrote about it on her blog, Scraps of My Geek Life (click here to read her post), and sent me this tweet, which completely warmed my heart: “Didn’t realize how happy makeup would make me feel when I look good.”

Melanie did a great “natural look” that gave he a healthy glow, and Amber went glam! We decided she needed to make her husband take her out on a date that night!

And lastly, I was thrilled to be able to give the girls here and eight online guests an ELF mini Brush set! Those who didn’t get the brushes will get some lip gloss and eye shadow in the mail soon!

Take a look at our Whrrl story from the day:
