I have been having a great time working out with my WiiFit! I am continuing to do the Super Hula Hoop everyday, because it works my abs like crazy! I also loved doing step aerobics when I used to go to the gym. I like the Advanced Step on the Wii, but I felt like it wasn’t getting my heart rate going like I want. So I usually do two sessions in a row, and I also use arm motions and weights. Here is a video tip about how I get my heart pumping.
I learned a few things by watching this video: I’m a dork, and I’ll never say oomph on camera again… NEVER! Anyway, having fun watching me make a fool of myself!
For right now, my routine is to do the 6 min Hula Hoop, then Aerobics exercises, a few Strength Training Exercises, and then a Balance Game. I’d like to start doing Yoga at night, since it relaxes me.
