I have to admit it: I have had some setbacks in the fitness and weight loss area. I have let my eating get out of control. And I’ve let my anxiety and stress paralyze me as far as exercise. And I know many of you can relate!
I have wondered over the past few weeks why I felt so strongly led to join with the Wii Mommies in the beginning, just to struggle with my motivation! I mean, what is my deal? I have this awesome opportunity, and I don’t want to squander it.
