Despite the deer mowing down my green beans, the Yellow Squash and Zucchini are growing faster than we can eat them. We left for four days, and this is what we came back to:
That’s one of two monstrosities, sitting next to the ruler from EZ School Supplies. Those two won’t be good by themselves, but maybe in some bread. Tonight I made a great recipe for Broiled Squash with rosemary and garlic, but I’m running out of ways to cook these things!
