On my table right now is my purse, school pictures, a bunch of papers the kids were coloring on, markers and pencils everywhere, coloring books, a bowl and two cups I have not put away yet. Oh and my calendar that I must update today! Yea we are definitely lived in and I am absolutely not organized! LOL. But I am like you and would rather have the mess than not have the mess! An empty table means that my my daughter did some crafts (with tons of newspaper laying on the table) and I cleaned up 13 seconds after she was finished. Same with any meals. It's a sickness. To me, the person who has an empty table is one who doesn’t get any snail mail, because that is what is usually covering any flat surface in our house!
