Your Life, Your Blog
I can’t tell you the last time I opened up my Google Reader. So, I’m opening it right now to see how many backed up posts there are. OK, here we go… Well, it’s not so bad, only 268 unread items! It’s gotten up to 500 before!
The point is, life has gotten so busy, and I really miss reading blog posts from others. Anyway, I’ve heard around the blogosphere (and the twittersphere) that others are feeling the same, so I’ve decided to do something about it.
Every Monday on Real Life, I will be posting a linky where you can share any post from the previous week on your blog! That way, I can go through and read them, and you can too! I thought of starting a themed carnival, but it seems like most of those ideas are already done somewhere. Plus, I don’t want to put any more pressure on you to come up with a certain theme for your post.
And I’m pleased to announce that my meme does not have any alliteration!
The only guideline is that it must be reated PG! This is a family blog, folks! You can share your life with your kids, a funny commentary, a contest you’re hosting, reviews, an informative post, video, anything, really!
So, go ahead, link up your post, any post, right here! A reciprocal link would be appreciated, so others can join in! And each Monday, the links from the previous “Your Life, Your Blog” will be converted to “real” links. It’s all about the love, right?

I hear what you are saying about the Google Reader. Mine has over 1,000+ in it. I don’t even know how much a “1000+” is? That can’t be good right?

Great idea Sarah. I know I am about afraid to look in my google reader. I know it will be in the 1000s. I have got to get back on track as soon as I can kick this darn bug to the curb. BLAH!

I have basically given up on my RSS reader. Instead I rely on Twitter to find interesting blogs to read – which is how I ended up here, actually!
